The key is to try and manage with weapons that you find or earn as rewards while also also selling any weapons you don’t need (though the beginning weapons can usually be dismantled without much consequence). It’s worth noting that rewards will improve at higher levels and while you could survive for a bit with the initial weapons, they’ll need to be replaced as time goes by.
